i2i incorporated in 2002 with the simple idea of helping clients align their technology with their busienss requirements.  We take pride in our ability to transition a company from being a slave to their I.T. operations to being a company whose I.T. operations drive revenue. 

How do we do it?  We are glad you asked.  We listen!

We have positioned ourselves in the market in such a way that we remain true to our core focus; provide the analysis, design, product selection, deployment, management and support of our client's mission-critical computing environments, either on client premises or within our facilities.  We do this through the utilization of staff with decades of experience and a mix of comprehensive remote management tools, virtualization solutions, and managed and hosted IT services.  Beyond that, we carry an extensive line of products and align ourselves with trust-worthy strategic partners who can fulfill clients requirements in the areas of I.T. where we have no expertise.

This positioning gives us the freedom to listen and understand our client's compelling events, goals, business drivers, budget constraints, technology pain points and staffing requrements. We then deliver solutions based on that understanding.  In turn, our clients do not have to feel the pressure of being "sold" something they do not want or need.

i2i serves small, mid-market, and enterpirse organizations in both the public and private sectors as well as local, state and federal government entities. Our clients represent a cross-section of industries and sizes, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups.  Our offerings have grown as the company has grown, giving our clients a true turn-key set of solutions and services from which to choose. Below is the timeline of our growth.

2002: Incorporated as Infrastructure Insights, Inc. providing network testing and analysis.

2003: Expanded offering to include enterprise infrastructure and data center design, installation, configuration and ongoing support of operations.

2007: Expanded offering to include product line of leading manufacturers in network and data center equipment.

2008: Expanded offering to include managed and hosted services ranging from on-client premises managed servers, firewalls and switches to i2i hosted infrastructure and application services including Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.

2009: Expanded hosted services offering to inlcude hosted desktop applications utilizing Microsoft Office Professional.

2010: Expanded product line to include Data Center infrastructure equipment.
