President and CEO
Patricia began her I.T. career supporting internal users for enterprise-level corporations in 1998. Patricia has a base of core compentencies in I.T. operations, standards compliancy, and personnel management. She leveraged that talent and experience in the launch of Infrastructure Insights, Inc. in 2002.
Her areas of expertise include the design, implementation and management of internal help desks, assisting clientele in developing industry standard policies and procedures, and supporting clientele through technology upgrades, migrations, and ongoing operations.
A skilled project manager, Patricia maintains relationships with organizational departments and external vendors while managing timelines, contracts, personnel, and budgets. She has launched national and global organizations, project managed multi-million dollar rollouts and brings hands-on experience to each engagement.
Currently, Patricia’s time is focused on successfully building the i2i brand and all marketing efforts as well as building solid relationships with prospective clients, partners and vendors.
Patricia’s winning combination is her ability to apply solid experience and the most current industry standards, while ever-adapting to the dynamic staff, management and executive cultures within the companies she serves.
Patricia studied at Texas Tech University and has completed many corporate-sponsored training programs in management, technology and customer service.
Since 1991, Paul Jasina has built an extensive professional background and brings a broad range of skills to the firm. As Sr. Consultant, Paul provides a myriad of specialized engineering services to our clients. His expertise includes:

- auditing and reviewing network infrastructure
- technology facility infrastructure designs,
- supporting clients through upgrades,

- network infrastructure operations and performance analysis

- managing client engagements and project timelines

Throughout his career, Paul has led and participated in numerous national IT project teams and technology steering committees. He has held positions on technology standards boards and enterprise topology teams. He also brings national and global experience to each engagement which allows him to quickly understand the unique needs of each organization’s business environment and integrate them into a customized solution that accomplishes extraordinary results for his clients.
Paul studied at The University of Alabama and holds multiple technical certifications from industry leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, and BICSI.
