Managed backups
i2i provides a cloud-based, managed service for backing up your critical data to an off-site location. This service can backup machines over the internet regardless or their physical location.
We perform network backups and recoveries down to the message/file level and support VMware, Windows, Linux, Oracle, AIX, and more. Details can be provided as needed.
Our backup solution provides replication between multiple locations either on the customer’s network or over our network. Pricing is based on a per gigabyte foot print. There are additional charges for: Tier 1 = MS SQL, MySQL, MS Exchange; Tier 2 = Oracle/SAP, Business ERP applications.
Managed PCs/Servers
i2i supports our clients remotely using one of the industry’s leading automated support toolsets, and can manage and monitor systems anywhere in the country.
Our remote management toolset allow us to:
- Perform remote maintenance without the need of a technician to be onsite
- Automate normal support functionality (disk defrag, Windows updates, scheduled system reboots and disk clean up, etc.)
- Report on usage
The tool uses secure communications between the remote site and our Operations Center and is fully encrypted supporting the most recent security requirements.
Network Performance and Application Monitoring
Through i2i VisionPRO, we are able to provide Network and Application Performance Monitoring as a Managed Service. i2i owns the appliance and installs a small client on your network devices, which constantly monitors the traffic flowing across your network and assesses the impact of the network versus application performance…all with a budget-friendly price tag.
